Mr. Tang is the company secretary, the financial controller and an authorised representative of the Company. Mr. Tang is responsible for the overall financial and accounting affairs, treasury management and company secretarial matters of the Group. Mr. Tang supports the Board, ensures good information flow within the Board and Board policy and procedures are followed; advises the Board on governance matters, facilitates induction and, monitors the training and continuous professional development of Directors.
