Mr. Chow has been appointed as the compliance officer of the Group on 10 September 2012 and he was re-designated as from a Non-Executive Director of the Group to an Executive Director of the Group on 16 September 2013. Mr. Chow is a Solicitor in Hong Kong. Mr. Chow graduated from University of London with a Bachelor of Economics. Mr. Chow has more than 20 years experience in civil litigation and commercial matters.
